Refund Policy

Our refund policy is applicable to deposits made towards the removal of a boat, when a boat was not removed due to our staffs inability to remove a boat. Otherwise all sales for the boat removal service and deposits are final. Deposits are set in place to cover our cost of dispatching heavy duty trucks, trailers, staff, and boats for towing.

To be eligible for a deposit refund, it must be determined by our boat removal staff that we could not provide the boat removal service as you “the customer” requested.

Refund Processing

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days, contact your credit card company, bank, credit union or financial institute as it it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Depending on your bank/credit union, financial institute, or the deposit payment method used, the time it will take for you to receive the refund may vary.
